This Regional Decree establishes that wild animals and birds living in state of natural freedom on the regional territory and subject to hunting shall be state property and shall form state hunting fund. Hunting grounds shall be considered land areas, forestland and waterbodies that are natural habitats of wild animals and birds and that can be used for hunting management.
