This Regional Decree establishes that on state nature reserve of regional significance “The Southern coast of the Neva Bay” shall be classified as landscape protected area. The scope of constituting state nature reserve of regional significance “The Southern coast of the Neva Bay” shall be conservation and reproduction of precious natural complexes and maintaining ecological balance of the Neva Bay of the Gulf of Finland.
