This Regional Law establishes the modalities of provision with complete additional nutrition free of charge of pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age. Expenditure for supply of the aforesaid nutrition and infant food shall be covered by the regional budget. State support to pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under three years of age shall be granted in the form monthly monetary allowances for the purchase of complete nutrition, including infant food.
