This Regional Law establishes legal, organizational and economic grounds for realization of ecological education, awareness and formation of ecological culture of the population. Basic principles shall be as follows: (a) creation of favourable conditions for ecological education, awareness and formation of ecological culture; (b) consistency and complexity of ecological education and awareness; (c) orientation of ecological education towards sustainable development of the regional territory; (d)
