This Regional Law regulates relations in the field of conservation and rational management of hunting resources and hunting grounds, the creation of hunting infrastructure and the provision of services in this field. It delimits plenary powers of regional state bodies in the field of hunting and conservation of hunting resources. For the purpose of planning in the field of hunting and preservation of hunting resources, territorial hunting management and on-farm hunting management are carried out
