Regional Law No. 137 on realization of plenary powers of the regional administration in the sphere of protected areas.

This Regional Law establishes that Regional Government shall have the following plenary powers: (a) state management on the sphere of organization and functioning of regional protected areas; (b) decision-making related to organization of protected areas; (c) validation of the regulations and statutes of protected areas; (d) keeping state register of protected areas; and (e) performance of protection of protected areas.
