This Regional Law is aimed at state support of consumer cooperation particularly in rural areas with a view of provision of the rural population with foodstuffs, extension of procurement (purchase) of agricultural commodities produced by peasant farms and by subsidiary farming, and also processing of the aforesaid commodities.
