Regional Law No. 144-OZ “On exceptional case of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species”.

This Regional Law establishes the following exceptional cases of timber extraction in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species: (a) in case of conclusion of timber extraction contract with legal persons and individual entrepreneurs for a period of one year; (b) timber extraction for educational institutions, agricultural organizations and farmers; and (c) timber extraction for local government.
