This Regional Law establishes that citizens carrying out procurement and harvesting of of non-timber forest resources, edible forest resources and medicinal plants must comply with the following requirements: (a) use methods and technologies preventing exhaustion of available resources; (b) prevent environmental damages; (c) observe forest fire prevention rules; (d) observe forest sanitary requirements; and (e) observe forest regulations.
