This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right of free stay in forests for the purpose of procurement of edible non-timber forest resources (wild growing fruits, nuts, berries, mushrooms, seeds, wood juices etc.) and medicinal plants free of charge for individual personal needs. Stay of citizens on forests for procurement and harvesting of non-timber forest products can be restricted or prohibited in accordance with Forest Code.
