This Regional Law establishes the modalities of procurement of non-timber forest resources by citizens for individual personal needs with the consideration of conservation, protection and reproduction of forests. It shall be applicable to non-edible non-timber forest products. Procurement and harvesting of non-timber resources shall be carried out on felling sites. Procurement of fuelwood shall be carried out all the year round with the diameter of dry wood non exceeding 4 cm from felled timber
