This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of gardening, horticultural and countryside non-commercial associations of citizens. The aforesaid non-government al entities shall have the following rights: (a) farming and production of agricultural commodities in accordance with acting legislation; and (b) creation of network of gardening, horticultural and countryside associations. State support to gardening, horticultural and countryside associations shall be granted in the following form
