This Regional Law establishes rates of payment for timber extraction for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species. It shall be applicable to industrial wood (commercial timber) and fuelwood. Rates of payment contained in the Annex shall be applicable to purchase and sale contracts for forest species concluded with citizens for timber extraction for individual personal needs.
