This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right to timber extraction for individual personal needs in accordance with timber purchase and sale contracts without allotment of forest parcels for heating, housing construction and maintenance of housing facilities. Rates of timber extraction for individual personal needs shall be as follows: (a) for housing construction – 200 cubic metres once-only per family; (b) maintenance and reconstruction of residential housing facilities – 25
