This Regional Law establishes that citizens shall have the right of free stay in forests for the purpose of procurement of edible non-timber forest resources and medicinal plants free of charge and without any special permit or authorization and without allotment of forest parcels. Stay of citizens in forests can be restricted or prohibited in accordance with Forest Code.
