Article 41 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Environmental protection against disasters shall be regulated by the Federal Law “On protection of the population and the territory against natural and technological disasters”, other federal laws and normative legislative acts of the Russian Federation, laws and normative acts of the Chechen Republic”.
