This Regional law regulates turnover of agricultural land. It establishes maximum land areas of agricultural land out of stock of public agricultural land that can be allotted to and to be owned by a single natural or legal person as 10 percent of total available agricultural land area on the territory of a given municipal unit. Agricultural organizations and citizens carrying out farming activities shall be granted the right of purchase of agricultural land out of stock of public and municipal agricultural land at the price of 15 percent of cadastre land valuation related to agricultural land.
