This Regional Law establishes basic principles of regional state policy in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency. Basic policy of the regional state policy in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency shall be as follows: (a) policy approach; (b) validation of regional legislative acts and provisions in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency; (c) validation of regional requirements for energy saving programs and tariff r
