Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Exceptional cases of timber extraction for individual personal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contracts of forest species shall include also thinning felling if this arrangement is not registered as state or municipal order for conservation, protection and afforestation or reforestation practice envisaging sale of forest species”.
