Regional Law No. 200-OZ “On concession of subsoil plots containing widespread minerals for mining”.

This Regional Law establishes that subsoil plots can be conceded for the following purposes: (a) mining; (b) exploration of mineral deposits; and (c) for construction of underground works. All the aforesaid activities shall require issuance of licence. In case of combination of the three activities a single general licence can be issued.
