Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Rates of payment in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species for individual personal needs shall be differentiated by industrial timber and fuelwood (the former differentiated by grades) and also depending upon the distance of transportation of timber (by categories of rates of payment)”.
