This Regional Law establishes the main fields of activity of state bodies in the sphere of agro-industrial complex: (a) provision of the population with high-quality agricultural commodities and foodstuffs;(b) ensuring food security; (c) ensuring sustainable and stable agricultural production; (d) formation of agricultural markets; (e) sustainable development of rural areas; and (f) increase of investments in agriculture.
