This Regional Law regulates participation of regional state bodies in execution of plenary powers of the Russian Federation in ensuring quality and safety of foodstuffs. Regional Legislative Assembly ensures law enforcement in the sphere of quality and safety of foodstuffs. Regional Government shall adopt and implement regional programs for ensuring food quality and food safety.
