This Regional Law establishes the rules for procurement of non-timber forest resources, including stumps, birchbark and tanbark, fuelwood, shrubbery, woody forage and spruce, fir trees and other coniferous species for New Year festivities. It shall be applicable to non-edible non-timber forest products.
