Regional Law No. 239-KZ amending Regional Law No. 114-KZ “On state regulation of seed growing of agricultural crops”.

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the sphere of seed growing of agricultural crops Regional Administration shall be responsible for elaboration of scientifically substantiated state program for the development of seed growing of agricultural crops”.
