This Regional Law establishes the modalities of processing, recycling and storage of iron-and-steel waste and nonferrous waste. The aforesaid activities shall be subject to mandatory licensing. Ownerless iron-and-steel waste and nonferrous waste shall be claimed property prior to processing, storage and recycling thereof. Law enforcement in the sphere of processing, recycling and storage of iron-and-steel waste and nonferrous waste shall be carried out by supervisory and control state bodies.
