This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of public health against hazardous impact of tobacco smoke and consequences of tobacco consumption. Regional executive body shall be responsible for elaboration of the amendments for protection of public health, monitoring and evaluation of the aforesaid arrangements, restriction of tobacco smoking in public places and information of the population of the danger of tobacco smoking.
