Regional Law No. 263-OZ “On delimitation of plenary powers between institutions in the sphere of forest management”.

This Regional Law establishes that regional administration shall have plenary powers in the following fields: (a) ownership, management and governance of forest parcels pertaining to public property; and (b) conclusion of contracts for purchase and sale of forest species.
