Regional Law No. 263-OZ “On delimitation of plenary powers between institutions in the sphere of water management”.

This Regional Law establishes that regional administration shall have plenary powers in the following fields: (a) ownership, management and governance of waterbodies pertaining to public property; (b) reservation of potable water supply sources; (c) establishment of navigation rules; (d) monitoring of waterbodies; and (e) establishment of rules and regulations for waterbodies management by indigenous peoples as a form of traditional management.
