This Regional Law regulates delimitation of plenary powers between state bodies in the sphere of water relations. Regional Government shall be responsible for: (a) determination and application of water charges; (b) reservation of potable water supply sources; (c) validation of navigation rules for small-size vessels; and (d) supervision over management and protection of waterbodies.
