Regional Law No. 33-KZ amending Regional Law No. 379-KZ “On forest management, conservation, protection and reproduction of forests growing on urban land”.

Item 6 of the Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Scientific research in urban forests shall not require payment and shall be regulation by contract on free use f urban forests concluded between scientific research organization and local self-government”.
