This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection of public health. Regional Government shall be responsible for provision of specialized foodstuffs for dietary uses. Pregnant women and nursing mothers and children under three years of age shall be provided with infant food through special distribution network in accordance with the modalities established by the Regional Government.
