Article 8.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Communication on possible expropriation of land parcel, including bailout, for public or municipal needs must contain the following data: (a) name of decission-making authority related to land expropriation; (b) name of person concerned in allotment of expropriated land parcel; and (c) data related to land area and bondaries of land parcel destined for expropration”.
