This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and public protection of the objects of cultural heritage pertaining to the regional competence. Regional bodies shall perform the following functions: (a) law-making related to cultural heritage within their sphere of competence; (b) validation of the list of the objects of cultural heritage exempt from transfer of ownership; (c) validation of the regional specific programs related to conservation, protec
