Regional Law No. 36-z amending Regional Law No. 229-Z “On fisheries and conservation of aquatic biological resources”.

Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Fisheries for aquaculture (fishfarming) purposes shall be performed by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the federal executive body in the sphere of fisheries".
