This Regional Law establishes the modalities of collection and the amount of fees for licensing of vending of liquors. Payers of the aforesaid fees shall be organizations applying for licences for vending of liquors. Licensing fees shall be paid once for the whole period of validity of licence independently of the number of shopping unites under the jurisdiction of trading organization.
