This Regional Law establishes the modalities of concession of subsoil for mining and extraction of widespread minerals. The list o f widespread minerals shall be validated by the Regional Government in accordance with acting legislation. Concession of subsoil for mining of widespread minerals shall be performed through tender or auction.
