Article 24-1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Calculation of damages caused to plots of subsoil of local significance due to infringement of the legislation of the Russian Federation on subsoil shall be performed by the authorized regional executive body in accordance with the Regulation on calculation of damages to subsoil due to infringement of the legislation of the Russian Federation on subsoil”.
