This Regional Law regulates legal aspects of processing and trade of ethyl alcohol, liquors and spirits. The scope of state regulation shall be protection of human health and consumers’ rights against poor quality and adulterated alcoholic products and quality control thereof. Supply and vending (retail trade) of alcoholic products shall be subject to mandatory licensing.
