The scope of this Regional Law shall be to impose restrictions on stay of citizens in forests for harvesting of edible non-timber forest products with a view of protection of forest fruit and forest seed plantations, prevention of forest fire risks and ensuring forest management regime. In case of the outbreak of forest fires and other emergencies regional municipal authorities can impose restrictions on stay of citizens in regional forests.
