This Regional Law regulates some relations originating in the sphere of protection of public health. Regional state bodies shall carry out the following plenary powers in the sphere of protection of public health: (a) cultivation of prohibited crops; (b) provision of citizens with special clinical nutrition; (c) provision of pregnant women and nursing mothers with infant food; and (d) disinfection, desinsection and deratization.
