This Regional Law regulates legal relations dealing with the realization of plenary powers of the regional administration in the sphere of social support and allocation of social aid to the population. Social welfare shall be applicable to low income and vulnerable groups of the population. Pupils of lower grades, disabled children and students of vulnerable households shall have the right to free meals.
