This Regional Law establishes the modalities, terms and conditions of state support of producers of agricultural commodities in relation to insurance of agricultural crops. It shall be applicable to the producers of agricultural commodities that are legal persons (irrespectively of the organizational and legal form thereof) and peasant farms. State support shall be granted in the form of subsidies and compensation of insurance fees to the amount of 50 percent of insurance payment.
