Regional Law No. 68-4-OZ amending Regional Law No. 368-19-OZ “On realization by state regional bodies of plenary powers in the sphere of forest relations”.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Exceptional cases of timber extraction for public or municipal needs in accordance with purchase and sale contract of forest species shall be considered timber extraction for heat supply, fuelwood, maintenance and repairs of public edifices and realization of special state programs”.
