This Regional Law validates the arrangements for protection of public health, including recreational activities, sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, prevention of deterioration of ecological situation, ensuring environmental protection and environmental security. Regional administration shall inform the population of emergency situations and undertaken arrangements for the protection of public health.
