This Regional Law establishes that organizations in possession of licence for vending of liquors and spirits shall submit to the regional administration of the declaration on amount and types of liquors and spirits sold in the form of retail trade on the regional territory. The authorized institution in the sphere of retail trade and vending shall have the right to verify of the reliability of submitted data.
