This Regional Law establishes legal grounds for management and conservation of natural ecosystems, including natural waterbodies and landscapes. The scope of institution of natural park “Nishnekhopiorskiy” shall be to use it for environmental, educational, scientific and research purposes. Natural park shall carry out the following functions: (a) conservation of natural environment, unique natural landscapes and complexes; (b) protection and conservation of rare and endangered plant and animal s
