This Regional Law establishes legal basis for state support of tourism, plenary powers and jurisdictional competence of state bodies in the aforesaid sphere and ensures the right of citizens to have access to the objects of historical and cultural heritage. It classifies the types of tourism and specifies the types of state support as follows: (a) budgetary investments and tax incentives; and (b) financing of scientific research in the sphere of tourism.
