This Regional Law establishes that the modalities of provision of pregnant women, nursing mother and children under three years of age with complete and full-value nutrition shall be set forth by the authorized state regional institution in the sphere of public healthcare. Public subsidies for the aforesaid categories shall be determined by public social assistance program for the current year.
