Regional Law No. 9-OZ “On regulation of some relations in the sphere of hunting and conservation of hunting resources”.

This Regional Law establishes that the following fur-bearing mammals shall be authorized for commercial hunting on the regional territory: beaver, musk beaver and fox. Hunting permits, within the established quotas, shall be distributed among natural persons hunting in hunting grounds of common access in the order of precedence by the authorized regional executive body in the sphere of wild fauna management.
